Pogba back in training

Frenchman Paul Pogba, trained partially with the rest of his Juventus teammates on Tuesday, thus speeding up his return to make his debut in his second spell at the Italian club.

Pogba made headlines at Juve’s Continassa training complex on Tuesday morning following last weekend’s win over Udinese. The victory at the Allianz Stadium led to their eighth in a row, which lifted Italian coach Massimiliano Allegri’s side into second place after a poor start to the season in which they crashed out of the Champions League at the group stage.

The midfielder completed part of the training session with the rest of his team-mates and later carried out individual work to assess his impressions.

The Frenchman, who has yet to play in his return to Turin (north), missed the 2022 World Cup in Qatar due to a muscle strain in his right leg suffered just after coming off the meniscus injury that kept him sidelined since July.
