Super Falcons forward, Asisat Oshoala, has won her fourth successive Liga F title for Barcelona Femení.

The Barcelona women’s team were confirmed as league champions for the fourth straight year after defeating Sporting Huelva 3-0 on Sunday evening with four games to spare.

Oshoala wrapped up the scoring in the 89th minute, slotting home after she received a pass from Jana Fernàndez to take her tally to 20 this season, and four goals behind Alba Redondo of Levante who tops the scorer’s chart.

Known for her energy in the team, Oshoala featured prominently in the title celebration as the club also shared a video of her still in jubilant mood while making her way into the dressing room. She had earlier marked the feat with some dance moves among her teammates.

The Super Falcons forward has been in blistering form for Barcelona this season, scoring 26 goals in all competitions, making her the top scorer for the league champions.

Since joining Barcelona, she has won eleven laurels comprising four league titles, a Champions League, three Super Cups and three Coppa de la Reina.

The five-time African Women’s Footballer of the Year could also add one more trophy to her cabinet if Barcelona win the UEFA Women’s Champions League on June 3.

Barcelona Femeni have been in staggering form this season, winning all their 26 games so far and have scored 108 goals while they have only conceded five.
