DANISH club Randers FC have confirmed that Stephen Odey has signed a permanent deal with the club.

Odey, who has initially signed a one-year loan from Genk with an option to make the move permanent, penned a three-year contract with the Danish outfit.

“Randers FC is buying Stephen Odey after he joined the club on loan this summer,” the club disclosed.

“We are happy to announce that Randers has signed Odey from Belgian club Genk until the summer of 2024.”

Odey, 23, has been rewarded for taking the Danish Superliga by storm since he joined the club from Genk in September.

The former MFM and Zurich FC star has been impressive for the modest Danish club, scoring 11 goals in 16 matches for Randers in all competitions this season.

Odey will continue life at Cepheus Park alongside compatriots Tosin Kehinde and Vincent Onovo.
