Ex-Eaglets Jinadu bags first class in psychology

Former Nigeria U-17 goalkeeper, Daniel Jinadu, has graduated with a first-class honours degree in psychology from the University of East London, the player announced.

The former Chelsea player announced after the feat after the ceremony at the Docklands Campus on Wednesday.
“Boom! I just bagged that first class BSc in psychology from UEL,” he tweeted.

Jinadu featured for England at U-15 and U-16 levels before switching his allegiance to Nigeria.

Before featuring for Nigeria at the 2019 U-17 World Cup in Brazil, Jinadu began his career with Chelsea before joining West Ham United in December 2017 and took up a two-year scholarship in the summer of 2018.

While in school, he was instrumental for Margate football club in winning the Kent FA Senior Cup in May 2023.

He was voted man of the match in the final for his penalty heroics which earned his team a 5-4 win in the shootouts.
He joined Berkshire-based club Maidenhead United in August before his graduation.
